Full wrap-around management services including strategic planning, fundraising plans, development planning and execution, board development, community engagement, crisis management, public relations, including marketing plans and strategy that aligns with overall goals and mission.
We aim to provide professional development opportunities, including training, retreats for nonprofit administrators, and annual convenings, to help clients establish a robust network of peers throughout the year and acquire the tools necessary to navigate often inhospitable spaces.
In addition, we plan to offer tools for professionals in the nonprofit sector, including a job bank, professional development resources, retreats, publications, a digital community, and a podcast.
