Our Mission
Visionary Advisors was founded by Shamar Hill, a nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience and over $250 million raised across public, private, and corporate partnerships. Having worked closely with nonprofits of all sizes, Shamar saw firsthand how much harder smaller organizations had to work — often with far fewer resources — to achieve the same results as their larger peers.
That disparity became the driving force behind Visionary Advisors. Today, our team of seasoned consultants brings deep expertise in fundraising, grant writing, program design, and operational leadership to nonprofits in the arts, education, health, and environment sectors.
