Cristiana has over 10 years of experience in operational leadership, project management, and nonprofit consulting. She served as a Consultant for The Whelan Group, a NYC-based private consulting group, where she helped organizations secure millions in public and private support for general operations, capital improvements, and expansion of new and existing programs. She has expertise in leading complex projects, conducting strategic analysis, and navigating various management, fundraising, and technology challenges. Currently, she’s volunteering as the Vice President of the Roosevelt Toastmasters Club, where she oversees the completion of the educational programs and manages the mentorship program. Born and raised in Romania, Mrs. Georgescu-Stefas holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Bucharest, Romania.
